The dinner Culinary Stories: Migration of Matter investigates biodiversity, here in particular based on Solanum tuberosum (potato).
The local restaurant Rüpel developed a vegan menu around the diversity and versatility of the potato with local ingredients.
The artists Cindy Valdez & Nick Perillo developed 3D printed ceramics from diverse clays inspired by the shapes of various potato strains.
